A few days ago, Pavan Jha wrote,
"The Art of Film Titles
Rajnigandha (1974) brought a new & fresh wave of cinemaric fragrance in the air. Film maker, Basu Chatterjee opted for an innovative way to feature the end credit titles."
He posted this picture.

On seeing this remembered that Wadia Movietone already did that in the early days, eg Miss Frontier Mail (1936), Diamond Queen (1940).



While looking for these films I typed 'fearless nadia movies' in Google. To my surprise, I found a film I did not have, Tigress (1948)

Many people pointed out that the lady in Zara Palat Ke Dekh looks like Preetibala.
Indeed by the time the film was released its name was changed to Qismat Palat Ke Dekh and her name was changed from Renuka to Preetibala.
