While watching Ek Masoom (1969) I noticed an actor named Salim Durrani. I am not much into cricket but recalled a cricket player by that name. I was about to write (cricket player) next to his name, but decided to check first.

Luckily found a post by Pavan Jha that clarified that the first one was not a famous cricket player and the real one debuted in 1974. The second Photo from Pavan's post.

Many people have asked about the images on book cover.

I usually put the actors in the order of most number of films (usually top 9). What happens then is that the not so famous people get left out.

So, in the picturization book (1961-1970), I decided to have two groups. One for those who sang the main lines on screen and another for the rest.

Two table are shown below the pictures. X stands for people whom I could not recognize and I have chosen the famous scene from Guide to represent Background songs.

I will never get tired of saying this:

Before I published my book on Edwina, I did not know too many non-star actors. But thanks to Narsingh, Edwina, Dr Ramnath, Upendra (and others) and their hard work, I know many more now. In watching the songs from the 1961-1970, I was delighted to be able to recognize many of them. 

The maximum number of people, who were not the lead singers, recognized in a song, is 29 from Woh Kaun Thi, Tiki Riki song. Here is the list of top ten numbers. Our favorite Edwina is in many of them.
