In Hindi films, until recently, people just played foreign records, or based songs on their tunes. I did not see any permission info in the titles.
It is also rare to display permission for using old Indian songs. In Poorab aur Pashchim (1970), I saw this.

In the movie The Train (1970), there is a song by Asha and Pancham, O Meree Jaan Maine Kahaa. It is picturized on Helen and a young actor. I do not know who that is.
Here is an appeal to all fans of RD Burman to identify the actor with Helen. Here is a screen-cap from the song.
