What is nauTaak? In the famous song from Madhumati (1958), JW says, yaaro (not yaaron) hamen to WHAT kaa nashaa hai. Everybody tried to fit many words there. Finally the mystery was solved by Shailendra's son Dinesh, who says that the word is nauTaank, meaning a large drink in Marathi. I don't think this word has ever been used in Hindi films anywhere else.
