There are lots of website for Hollywood movie mistakes. Perhaps the most comprehensive is

MOVIE MISTAKES

For example, the site lists 563 mistakes (the maximum) in Apocalypse Now (1979).

Mistakes are classified as thus:

continuity,

factual errors,

mistakes that reveal the film-making process,

visible crew or equipment,

plot holes,

audio problems,

deliberate "mistakes",

character mistakes, and

"other".

No such big work has been done for Indian films. I have been collecting mistakes, but  do not have enough fir a book yet :) It is a worthy project.

Latest find, telephone pole in a film set in medieval times, Sher Khan (1962).
