Film Parinay has a very famous song, Sooraj Ko garmee se' by the Shrre Ram Darbar Sharma Bandhu. It is not too well-known that their father Pt Ramanand Sharma had acted and sung in few Hindi films during his youth.  Here is a song by him in Naushad's first film by himself.

We have heard of gubbare-vaalaa a few times, but I have never heard of  a Ballon vaalee. IN fact, I think even the word Baloon does not occur elsewhere!
