Aslam (Surendra) reads the  US Declaration of Independence. He says that when in 1776, US declared her independence from Britain, they declared thus. Then he reads in English, then translates it into Urdu, realizng that Manzoor (Shyam Sunder) does not know English.

Listen to Surendra reading it

What is nauTaak? In the famous song from Madhumati (1958), JW says, yaaro (not yaaron) hamen to WHAT kaa nashaa hai. Everybody tried to fit many words there. Finally the mystery was solved by Shailendra's son Dinesh, who says that the word is nauTaank, meaning a large drink in Marathi. I don't think this word has ever been used in Hindi films anywhere else.

Everybody has this song in their collection.mp3
