Tracking shot is one in which the camera moves forward or backward. In the silent film called Jamai Babu (1931), I have discovered a few seconds in which the camera appears to move backwards very clearly. If you look on the right side you can see more and more of the buildings are seen. I don't believe this has been mentioned before anywhere.

I posted a photo of Madhurika.  My Facebook friend Isuru asked me If she's the same one in Prem Kahani (1937).

Luckily the cast is listed in that film I watched it, identified all the roles, and by eliminating all the other females I was able to get an image of Madhurika in this film.

Here are the two photos one after the other.

I am not sure if they're the same one but there is definite resemblance
