In the college group song in Jugnu (1947), Rafi gives playback to many men including Dilip Kumar. He is seen himself singing too, for himself. However, for about 2 seconds, he is on screen. his lips are moving but the voice heard on audio is not his! So, somebody else gave playback for Rafi! Watch and listen.

This technique of making images and printing them is more than 100 years old. Of course, in printing the dots were very close. But sometimes magazines used to magnify it to make it into a puzzle. They recommended viewing the image from 10-15 feet. This was published in Shama Oct 1957. It may or may not work a s a puzzle.
